Affiliate Membership


Becoming an Affiliate member with the Jefferson County Board of REALTORS® is a great way to establish or enhance your business with other members in real estate. You will receive special members-only offers and networking opportunities. Here is the info about our Affiliate membership. There are a couple of joining options for Affiliates:

 

1. Joining as a company or team includes a Main Affiliate membership and additional employees may join as Fellow Affiliates for an additional nominal amount. Only the company or team name will be published where applicable; individual names will not be advertised.  Click Here for Company/Team Application.

 

2. Joining as a individual includes a Main Affiliate membership. Additional employees from the same company may join with separate individual affiliations. With an individual membership, the name of the individual and/or company will be published where applicable.  Click Here for Individual Application.

If you are interested in joining, please complete a membership application. Dues are prorated for the month in which you join and there is an application fee, which takes you now through year end. Dues are due annually in January thereafter. As an Affiliate member, you would receive many benefits and gain various ways to market your business to area REALTORS® and other real estate professionals. 

 

You would gain:

  • JCBR Update" notices that informs you of everything going on in the Board
  • the ability to have your events or classes posted on the REALTORS®' MLS
  • updated lists of members (available upon request)
  • invitations to our Board events where you will be able to network with other business professionals various sponsorship opportunities
  • ability to participate on our Affiliate Committee that works on the common goal of creating and maintaining long-term, successful business relationships
  • ability to join various other committees
  • ability to sponsor various membership events
  • ability to sponsor breakfast and/or do a "meet and greet" before new member orientation classes
  • ability to donate goodies to put in new member goodie bags
  • ability to display promotional materials at the Board office listing of your business on our online member office directory & promotion to our members

 

Only dues-paying members may take part in the above benefits. To join, you would return your application and payment to JCBR, 1505 Astra Way, Arnold, MO 63010.
