Joining JCBR
Please click here for the applications and forms to join. All member types may
use the same application. We do ask that REALTORS® make an appointment
to join at 636-797-4514. If you would like, please complete the application
and bring it with you to your appointment. For joining fees, please contact us.
We have 3 main membership options:

We have 3 main membership options:
- Designated REALTORS®, who are licensed individuals who hold a
broker's real estate license and generally work as a sole proprietor,
partner, principle, corporate officer, or a branch office manager and
are engaged actively in the real estate profession in the state of
Missouri or a state contiguous thereto. - REALTORS®, who are individuals who hold a real estate license that
are primarily salespersons and other associates who are engaged
actively in the real estate profession other than principals, partners,
corporate officers or branch office managers. - And Affiliate members, who are corporations, firms, and individuals,
not engaged in the selling of real estate, that support the Board and
it’s REALTOR® members and would like to market their services to
other members.

If you change offices, go into referral or go inactive, we need notification
in writing from your broker. Also, if you move, change phone
numbers or have a name change, please let us know. You may use
